Better Stealth AI is compatible and iAFT has a script that checks for it and puts new followers into the correct faction. Traps Make Noise is compatible with everything except bear traps and will override AFT's follower safety feature on those.

follower trap safety is advertised as such (I don't use it, so IDK), and AFT works on custom follower too. the first mod prevent them from triggering trap (they still walk right into it), and AFT modify their IA to avoid the trap (they walk around). it's also good for a lot of other stuff
